Outsource Data RecoveryReviews of outsourcedatarecovery.com

Great, professional service. I highly recommend them.

Easy, straightforward. Got the results I needed.

Overall service is good.Value is also quite high. Alex is to be commended. To be more specific customer service communication is readily available to assist in the process. Job turnaround is fast. Some media was lost (videos) and pictures were low res but the price is on par with the product. Very good company. I will recommend to my personal and business associates. Best, Bret Ewing.

The old external hard disk was my backup to the one lost in a computer fire. ODR recovered my Seagate 1TB External Drive PCB and got me going again. Now, I can recover the family albums and important files. Thank you!

I'll admit, initially, I was skeptical about Outsource. It seemed too good to be true that they'd pay for me to ship my failed hard drives in, diagnose them, fix them, AND provide a list of recoverable files all without paying a dime. (You don't get your data back until after paying, of course). My Dad's computer's hard drive and external backup hard drive failed at the same time. I sent both drives in and the computer hard drive, which needed more than just a PCB replacement, was fixed and all data restored within a matter of weeks. We were very fortunate that none of the data on the platters was corrupt. This often isn't the case. Alex was courteous, communicative, honest, and up-front about the diagnosis, process, and resolution. Compared to other cost estimates for hard drive recovery, Outsource was extremely reasonable and competitive. You can never have too many backups so I hope I never have to but I wouldn't hesitate for a second to rely on Outsource Data Recovery in the future.

Quick and efficient. Will use them again if the need arises
