Outsource Data RecoveryReviews of outsourcedatarecovery.com

Great service, quick turnaround!

Had my HD crash on me (sudden increase in fragmentation, then drive not recognized in BIOS followed by clicking noise). Sent to Outsource. It took longer than I thought to get the data back (6 weeks; as I understood they had to read the sectors backwards and reassemble data). They were able to recover about 90% of data - some .tif and .jpg files were gone/corrupted. Most importantly, they managed to recover most of my research data and my Outlook folders (and my wife's files). Cost about $1500 for all the data recovery steps. Would I send them a drive again in the future in the event another disaster occurred? Yes, I unequivocally would, because they delivered in the end.

My harddrive unexpectedly died when I woke my computer up from Sleep mode. I've scoured the Internet looking for ways to fix it and discovered that my problem may be related to a bad PCB and that's when I found Outsource Data Recovery. I was skeptical at first with the $60 PCB replacement but they also mentioned they will give you a refund if that's not the problem. I was desperate to get my data back, so I sent out my harddrive and got it repaired and shipped back to me in under a week! All this for $60! If you're looking around for harddrive repairs, definitely give these guys a shot! Highly recommended!

They did an excellent job repairing my WD HDD drive - needed PCB replacement. Diagnostics were free and repair costs were quite reasonable of $60. Highly recommend.

Fast service at a good price.

These guys go the extra mile. They found a data recovery plan that fit my budget, took special care to revive files that had be dormant for years, kept me up to date on how the process was going and when I got the recovered files back, walked me through the various trees until we found the files I was desperate to recover. I certainly couldn't have afforded to acquire the data that had been missing, and I couldn't have put in the time to reassemble files that had taken me years gather. And they did it all with grace and patience, You won't find an outfit that delivers this much, at any price.

Outsource Data Recovery managed to diagnose and repair my external hard drive with extreme promptness and at a most affordable rate. This was after a local computer hardware repair shop refused to even look at my drive because it was deemed irreparable, instead recommending another company to perform a $1500 forensic-style data recovery. I am glad I found someone who would offer free diagnostics before I went spending my money on an overpriced recovery operation! The $60 repair was well worth it.

Very quick and efficient service.
