Good service
When I requested that my TB+ worth of data be uploaded to the cloud rather than on an external drive, they worked with me to ensure that everything uploaded. Great service.

Hard drive repair…
This review applys to their capability of repairing a hard drive, not to data recovery as they did not have to do that, after repairing my drive. It was fast, inexpensive and just as advertised it on their web site. There is no room for negatives here. Keep it up guys !!

Excellent service!
The service was very fast. They were honest about what could be accomplished with my device and promptly fixed it and returned it so I could get my info off my flash drive. Just like they said, the device was unstable, but I kept trying and was able to get all of my files back. It’s the best 60 bucks I’ve spent in a long time! Thank you so much. I will definitely reccommend them to my friends!

Great service, descent price
Loved the service, Loved that there was a contact to follow up on the service requested and the process. Did not like that the actual problem fixed was not defined on the documentation. A quick email to Alex got me that answer, but it should have been in the status emails.
