Outsource Data RecoveryReviews of outsourcedatarecovery.com

I would highly recommend Outsource Data Recovery for critical information retrieval--I don't know how they do what they do, but the results are absolutely amazing! Alex kept in touch with us every step of the way. The website it easy to navigate even for those of us who have not done this before. Alex is quick to respond to questions via email or by phone, and he is a pleasure to work with. Outsource Data Recovery has literally thought of everything at every step of the way to assist one in getting through the process. The hard drive did not qualify for the low level repair cost, so you have to weigh the cost of getting the files, pictures, and data back, versus not. Fortunately, Outsource Data Recovery was able to retrieve the heirloom pictures and data, but the cost can be significantly more than anticipated. In the end, I’m glad to have found Outsource Data Recovery to retrieve the files from our Seagate hard drive, and I am very satisfied with the results.

Priceless resource to have, Excellent nothing more to say!

Recommended by BitWit, so i used them. Good interface, great phone response, great email response. A bit pricy but what the heck. I was not able to download the recovered files using my windows software and Outsource recommended some other software to use. I didn't like that. Either it works or it doesn't ... I don't want to have to install a bunch of stuff to get the files...Great response when I called and asked for them to do that and send me a thumb drive...(by the way ... that was a delivery options which I didn't accept at first, but wish I had...just a couple of more bucks and they do it right...

This Fender done a great job repairing my hard drive. I would recommend them.

I have used Outsource Data Recovery's services on two occasions, and in both cases the experience was excellent. In the first instance, about two years ago, my PC's hard drive failed and I thought I had lost all my data, including hundreds of family photos. I found Outsource Data Recovery online and they seemed to be the least expensive option, so I decided to give them a chance. They were able to fix the drive (replaced the PC board), the computer booted on the first try, and it really did only cost $60.00. In the latest instance an external drive attached to my DVR became unusable. I know this probably appears frivolous, the drive didn't contain any important data, but it did have a lot of saved programs that I didn't want to lose, so I sent it to Outsource. They were unable to fix the drive, but they were able to retrieve the recordings and transfer them to a new drive. The cost of the new drive was all the extra I had to pay. In both cases the reps I dealt with, first Heather, then Alex, were courteous and helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this company if you have need of data recovery or disk repair.

They were able to make my drive accessible as advertised. The assessment was spot on and I was able to recover significant data.

Recovered the data from a hard drive that had a mechanical failure and cloned it so we were up and running the day we got the drive back.

Thanks for the quick results, professional services and quality of work.
