I have been a user since July 2019 and still am not able to bid on jobs. Apparently my account has not been approved by the Admin. I am instructed to wait until I am approved. There are no additional details on this process found. Otherwise, I am supportive of their idea and the concept of the platform. I have used others to a degree of success and gained a ton of experience in the process. I look forward to see Outsource.com's improvements moving forward.

Wizard of oz sort of service. Maybe just one man behind all the chains. Impressive auto systems, but cold, metallic. Wasted much time trying to find how/where to argue a freelancer review. Difficult chat system., didn't work with my tablet.

I like Outsource as a platform and it's overall ease of use. A few things: • The job poster does not have enough guidance • The freelance talent pays too much to bid The experience from both ends could be better if the job poster was given some tips on what to expect and to know how to ask for what they want. The freelancer pays too much up front to respond to requests that are not necessarily realistic. I could spend $25 bidding and never get a response. LOST MONEY. Manage expectations on both ends. Help the job poster and be the freelancer's friend. We all need help and communication. Too much is left to chance. Business model. You could take 12-15% off the final pay and not ask the freelancers to pay to bid.

Incompleted job...... Designer o.k. But not the type of graphics I desired.

I am bidding like crazy and not getting any responses. I need a way to figure out how to improve. The jobs I am missing give me no clue. Could a I have written a better proposal, did I charge to much? These are things I would like to improve on. Or whatever is causing me to get looked over.
