Do NOT Recommend- All False Promises
Look at the recent reviews, since this company sold to Liquidity Services. We have been working with Auction.io for our auction company since January 2026. Started with a lot of promises from the sales team that the development team cannot or did not deliver on. We had to push them hard to get our site active by March 2026. Then they used data from other sites and launched ours using the wrong information (address, phone #, hours, etc). There have been constant issues since launch including their ASIN search, which was using two tokens to lookup items and costing us a lot of additional money and then blaming us that we were doing something wrong. Customer pickup timeframe issues, can't remove sales tax on items, and many, many other issues. Their thought process behind how things should flow in an auction setting is very flawed. For a company that has built a lot of similar websites, they should NOT have these issues. They promise a lot and do not deliver. We wish we had never had them build our website- learn from our mistakes and DO NOT USE THEM! Now we are stuck using them for a year.
