Auction.ioReviews of outsource.com

I found Outsource to be a legitimate platform to find freelance work. I am an experienced Technical Editor, Writer, and Manager, and love that I find real jobs that meet my expectations. It was easy to communicate with the client through Outsource, and to upload and download files. As a new user of the platform, I found the Outsource customer service to be not only helpful, but proactive. I was pleasantly surprised that the payments were so prompt. Over time, I expect the Outsource platform to become more robust and offer more features, but its off to a good start. If you are looking for a reliable platform to find freelance work, I would highly recommend Outsource.

outsourse is an online marketplace and bussiness organization .outsource is good place to find a job....

outsource.com is an excellent platform to grow your career as a freelancer and is the place where freelancer can earn money as they have knowledge.

First time user. Overall good experience. Contractor did great job. Was a little nervous doing everything online. Site should have more tips for 1st timers

The service is great. I felt that the platform was a little slow. I had about 15-20 responses to a job I posted and I found it hard to move back and forth, between people. There has to be a way to filter down choices as you are choosing a person to work with. Also, I closed a job Friday, and I am still receiving offers for the closed job.

My experience was very good. The only thing I've experienced that I would change is this. My first try to hire was met with a person who gave lots of excuses and didn't do the work. I didn't lose anything, just time. The second person I did hire did a great job! The person I had to hire did wait for my payment because I missed the tab to release payment and didn't understand how it worked. Other than that I will use outsource again and would recommend it

I was very pleased with the variety of the freelancers' experiences. I quickly received responses from many willing to quote on the job, and with a quick review of their profiles, I could get a sense of whether they would be a fit for my project; some easy emails back and forth gave me the confidence to select someone and give them the project. While the payment functions are not as intuitive as the others on the site, their customer service was very helpful, and it was nice to be able to talk to someone live.

My freelancer was terrific. I did send an email to support and received back an unclear response. I also have since discovered that freelancers must pay to use the site. I feel that walks very close to an ethical red line. I would not pay a headhunter to find me a job, why should these people have to do so? Not clearly unethical, but it will make me look for other options before using this site for another project.
