I gave our visit a four only because a 5 star was "no reservations". I really would give it higher than a four! We needed repair to an outside outlet for charging a scooter - and needed our a/c checked - and the management came immediately! great service. Our cabin was pretty. Our married kids were in another cabin which was more bedrooms and it was really great - they had a beautiful view and lots of games. My only reservation in our unit was I would like to have had a full ironing board (instead of small one), a full height closet for my ironed clothes (but we understood - this was a one-bedroom and we believe the hot water heater was in a cabinet in the closet), and we had unexpected family come in the middle of the night - our couch made into a bed but we had no extra sheets to let them stay there. (we could have come prepared but they were surprising us.) I definitely would recommend outrageous cabins.

This place was GREAT...Other than the bed. The bed was horrible. If you moved at all, the other person would wake up with you. It was SO loud. Other than that, I would love to go back....Might pack an air mattress next time though!

The cabins are located in a great area and provide spectacular views. This was our second stay at Outrageous Cabins. My one complaint, and really there is only one, is that the cabins are beginning to show their age. A prime example is the pool table, the bumpers were completely dry rotted. Now I did not travel to TN just to play pool, but it is the little things that can make or break a stay for a renter. If I found out that they did some updating when I come back to visit in a couple of years, I will stay here again without batting an eye. But if they have not, I may gamble and try a different company on the hill.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Starlight cabin and had a wonderful time. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

The place is beautiful and so are the views. When we rented the cabin it was going to be just my wife and I however we had some family that lived locally come by and we decided it would be nice for them to stay but when we asked about access to the additional 2 bedrooms we were told we would have to pay full price. I had not problem paying extra but $130 a night extra seemed hghi since we were already there and they otherwise wouldn't get anything.

The cabin and all the amenities were fabulous. Only problem was the BEDS..They were so noisy and uncomfortable. We slept on the couch both nights..Loved the location and the decorations..

We booked this cabin mainly for the view. My husband and I along with another couple came to Gatlinburg for the weekend and it was wonderful. After tons of cabins we finally picked this one. The view and bathrooms are wjy we choose along with great attention to detail in the cabin itself. The pictures were exactly as described. The cabin is gorgeous! The location was also much closer to the pigeon forge strip than expected which was only about 2 miles away. That was a huge plus. The view was panoramic and absolutely stunning. My one negative feedback was the lack of hot water. Most of the reason I chose this cabin and the bedroom I did was for the large jetted tub. I was most excited about a relaxing bath since at home we only have showers not tubs. I get there and there isn't even enough hot water to fill it up! I even tried to boil water to dump in the tub to warm it up. That was very disappointing. If you offer large runs, make sure there is enough hot water to have a comfortable bath please. Besides that, we 100% loved our stay and would recommend!
