Outrageous Cabins has been in business since 2009 and has grown from just 4 cabins to 53. The owner Thomas Gigliotti takes great pride in his cabins and sees to it that each Guest has the best possible stay and experience from the time of check-in to the time of departure.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the initial person I talked with was rude, condescending, and not helpful with my questions whatsoever. The check in experience was wonderful, timely, and the cabin was very clean and exactly the way it was described. We had an issue with the lock on the door (battery died and we were unable to enter) and they had someone over with minutes. I would use them again, and I would stay at the very same cabin again. Our family had a wonderful time!

Our cabin, Barely Awake was amazing!! The view sold us immediately, 360 degrees of mountainous views!! The cabin was on the small side but for a family of four it was perfect. The only thing I would complain about is that the fireplace didn't work. It's not far from Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge was just around the corner. Staff was friendly & booking g was very easy. We will be back for sure!

We do recommend reserving this cabin in advance for your next stay since it is such a popular rental. We apologize the fireplace wasn't working. We do have a maintenance man on duty during the day so if you ever have any issues in the future please call the office so we can get it resolved for you. We stayed 2 nights in our cabin - Animal House and had a great experience! The cabin is beautiful and has gorgeous views. It was private, well stocked and had ample space everywhere. Except that the Internet was not working, there are no amenities for grilling and that some of the things like pool table, welcome sign need fixing. Outrageous has a good check - in and directions were accurate. People weren't that friendly though :) My small complaint is with the management - first, the cabin is demonstrated with pictures of 2 bath tubs but that is not true. Second, it should not be called a 2 bed room since one bed room does not have doors. But then, I know I would still go back. We will be back!

The pictures that show the bed of roses and bed & spa are just examples of what that package would look like if you bought them. We do put in our details that the second bedroom is a loft bedroom but many people do miss that information and we may need to make that more noticeable for our guests. The cabin was clean and well equipped, overall. Loved the game machine, hot tub, pool table, decor, appliances, and furnishings. When we had trouble with TV and wifi, they sent a maintenance guy who showed up quickly and took care of it. Downsides: We originally booked Victoria's Secret, which appeared to have a nice view in the photos, but when we arrived we found it to have NO VIEW. They were, however, able to let us move to another cabin that we liked better at no extra charge. Also, we found that certain basic amenities (like hangers!) were lacking compared to other cabin rental companies we've rented from. Overall, though, the company and the cabin were great.

Overall good cabin but had a few spots of wear & tear. The gutter was hanging off the side of the cabin & when the wind would blow it would bang against the wall which was annoying while trying to sleep and the door lock would not always unlock, would have to enter the code multiple times. Otherwise clean & nice. Easy check in and friendly service. This is my 4th stay and would stay again. The pool closes at Labor Day and I am always there the following week and its always 90+ degrees everyday! Pool needs to be open longer in the season, all of the hotels keep theirs open.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for the great feedback. We have added this cabin to our maintenance list so we can fix these issues, we apologize it wasn't fixed before your stay. Although we would love to have the pool open longer than it is unfortunately it is not up to us. The Starr Crest Resort takes care of the pool and determines the dates it is open, but we will let them know we have had suggestions to keep it open longer. Great cabin, great location. Did have a wasp issue inside the cabin. When I contacted the office they said we could come pick up a can of bug spray, took 2 days to kill the wasps since they were swarming near the ceiling of the cabin. Otherwise excellent experience.

Lisa, We apologize that the cabin had wasps, we do get the cabins treated by pest control monthly but bees and wasps are the hardest to keep away. We are glad that you enjoyed the cabin and we hope you will come back and stay with us again!

After several trips to the Smokies...with all previous lodging in hotels or condos...I wanted to stay in a log cabin that was relatively close to PF & Gatlinburg. I searched several sites online & finally chose Outrageous Cabins. The cabin was clean...beds were comfortable. Office staff on arrival & departure were courteous. Only minor complaints...coffee maker took forever to brew a pot & water pressure in first floor shower head was little more than a drizzle. But overall was pleased & would book with company again.
