I was very disappointed that there were dirty dishes in my cabinet which means that the maid took no time to look and ensure that my dishes were clean prior to our arrival. The loft/entertainment area were combined upstairs which means that one couple cannot go to bed if the other couple wants to take advantage of the entertainment area. Finally, the kitchen is way too small. While I will not stay in this particular cabin again, I will try another cabin with outrageous cabins because I LOVE the location!!

Give discounts to people who make reservations not just walk-in. How unfair is that

The cabin was beautiful and the view was awesome. Exactly what I was expecting. It was very clean and cozy. Our visit there was for a wedding. We had previously been to Tenn. before so we planned on spending a relaxing week mostly at the cabin. That is why we got the cabin with the games. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not good. Games were broke. Sound system wires were not connected. Light fixture had a short. Remotes on TV's half worked. We call that day when we arrived at the cabin., And some of this was known by the cabin people and was not told to us when we checked in. They really should have told us this upon check in. Maybe to move us to another cabin that had working equipment.

I figured out why they are call Outrageous Cabins. Its an Outrageous price for a sub standard cabin. It was clean, and pretty and all that but not worth the price paid. The hot tub only had 2 working jets and it seemed to be very old and ready to to die. The "fireplace" did not work as well. Seriously? A cabin...in the mountains, in the winter has an electric fireplace and even it doesnt work. smh. All in all my wife and I had a great time in the area but the cabin did not contribute much to that great time Yes we called the office and were told to wait 1-2 hours to see if the electric fireplace would magically start working. Then when we called back after waiting and it still didn't work, no one answered. As for the jets we didn't know it until we used the hot tub that night .We called several times the next day and no one answered. We were there to enjoy our vacation not spend time hunting down your staff.

We took our entire family including grandchildren for a long weekend in the four bedroom Heavenly cabins. The first two floors of the cabin (bedrooms 1 and 2) was nice. The lower floor (bedrooms 3 and 4) were dirty and nasty. The bathroom floors and towels were dirty, there was litter in the carpet and there were mice. The cabin owner had put mouse traps in the utility closet downstairs which was not a good sign. We reported the sign of mice to the front office they acted like that was the first time they ever heard it...strange. We had to move four family members from the lower floor and double up on beds and couches and bathrooms. We asked if we could possibly get a small refund since we paid for four bedrooms but could only use two. Out of the $800+tax we paid that weekend, they returned $60. I think that was a poor business decision and will not be using Outrageous Cabins again and I advise anyone to do a walk through if possible before paying to stay in the cabin.
