TERRIBLE customer service and delivery package. Never again

order placed 7 days ago, no update, phones nr. is not working , no one replying to email... what the f* *k is wrong with this web site.

Ordered 27th November, received email accepting order with 4 - 5 day delivery. I've chased this order via email twice, zero response. Tried calling only to be advise via recorded message that there is no telephone customer service available. Not good is it!

Recibo pedido faltando prendas. Cuando reclamo me contestan que es por un error de verificación del stock y que no me van a enviar lo que falta... para más cachondeo, me vuelven a cobrar parte del pedido! un chiringuito impropio de una marca como Asics. Alejaos de esta web... hay gran cantidad de buenas opciones de compra online en el mercado, que ofrecen experiencias de compra satisfactorias.

They use an old method to scam people, which is a big promotion without having real stock. Hopefully I payed by paypal which is always a best way to deal with this kind of situations. Now I need to wait a couple of weeks to get back my money. If Im honest that was my last chance to the brand Asics, before they use to be better, but nowadays is a bad choice.

Terrible service - I paid for next day delivery. When my trainers didn't arrive I called customer service to be told they would arrive the following day. This happened 4 days in a row before I received an email saying I would receive a refund as my trainers were lost. No explanation, no replacement trainers, and the refund is £7 short of the total paid. Will never use them again
