Asics outlet, worst possible customer service. This is terrible. I paid £39 (pounds) for a pair of shoes. On Asicsone account, it shows that I paid €39 (euros), I received an email saying that I had paid €31 (euros). What's that all about! The shoes were supposed to be delivered to me in 5/6 working days. Its been 9 days since I ordered, and they are still showing as "not despatched". They don't respond to emails apart from the automated response. They don't answer the phone. A search on their number shows, that the customer service number they have supplied on their website, belongs to an estate agents. I cannot even get through to them, to cancel the order and get my money back. All in all, a very bad experience.

Ordered 18 days ago and they delivered to a random address. Emailed and no reply. Phone lines off so can’t communicate with them. They’re a disaster.

Realicé un pedido el día 28 de noviembre, decía que la entrega se haría efectiva entre 3 y 5 días hábiles. El pedido decia que llegaba como mucho el dia 10 de diciembre. Nafie me dice nada y no me han avisado de nada. Parece como que mi pedido no existe he reclamado ya en Asics y ye llamado y dicen que el telefono no esta disponible. vergonzoso que una empresa como Asicd sea tan incompetente. No son serios. El servicio de atención al cliente y el de posventa no existe. No volveré a comprar aquí nunca más.

Bought shoes on black Friday. No sign as of yet. Multiple emails. No answer. Phone line not active. No reply to Instagram or Facebook messages. Requested refund back from PayPal. Absolutely love asics shoes but I have to go somewhere where I actually get orders and change brand.

He reclamado y me envían un correo diciendo que tienen muchas transacciones y los pedidos están con bastante retraso. Es una vergüenza. No son serios. El servicio de atención al cliente y el de posventa no existe. No volveré a comprar aquí nunca más. Al final, tendré que hacer la reclamación ante la Oficina del Consumidor

Slow delivery, dispatched after about 14 days and still waiting for delivery, turns out the stuff is sent from Düsseldorf Germany via UPS, got dispatched yesterday so fingers crossed it arrives this week! In the ago of next day delivery from Amazon and other retailers this feels like a big step backwards! :(

Made 2 orders with ASICS Outlet. First box arrived battered but it was only running tops inside, all far too big despite using sizing guide, sent back and will see if I ever get a refund. Today received my second order - 2 pairs of trainers in similar sizes to get best fit. Box arrived absolutely battered half taped up in UPS celotape, and not really to my surprise one pair of trainers has ‘gone missing’. Absolutely gutted the delivery service is shocking and now I’m going to have to try and prove the trainers got lost in transit. Here’s hoping their customer service is any good all though judging my previous reviews....
