Ordered 2 pairs before Christmas. Delivery was very delayed. When trying to return in Jan I was adviced Brexit means delays and I need to wait - they will extend return times. Now that I'm trying to return the items, I'm told I'm too late and return window is closed! No reply to several emails. Also shipment does not come with the return slip, so you need to organize printing yourself.

Ware ist nie angekommen. Musste mir mit dem Käuferschutz von PayPal mein Geld aufwendig zurück holen. Keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich gewesen. Never ever!

Feeling very frustrated with the customer service of this company. I ordered 2 pairs of trainers (different sizes) on the 30 December 2020. They arrived within 10-14 days which was fine. I now need to return one pair. It said I had to include the returns form with the item and print off a returns label. There was no returns form in my delivery. So I printed off the returns label and rang customer services to ask about the return form. I was lucky as the number was working on the 12th January. The lady told me that due to Brexit I should send back the shoes yet as they were updating their paperwork for customs and it would be available after the 14th January. She said she would email me to let me know what to do as I had already generated a returns label. I have not had any further communication and I now cannot get through on the phone and I have had no replies to 3 emails asking for assistance.

Re order OUTGB32643981 I Ordered a running jacket on 21st Dec. The money was taken but it has still not been delivered. No-one is manning the phone line and the email I sent chasing has had no response. No communication has been received other than the one on 23rd Dec telling me my order has been shipped. I understand we are in difficult times but honesty when ordering and responses to communications are the basics that other businesses are still able to uphold. I have worn ASICS trainers for years and have had no trouble with them. This outlet needs looking at as giving them a bad name.

I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this website as it leads to more hassle than it’s worth. My sister and I have both experienced issues with the company’s processing services. I ordered shoes in December, they took payment however I never received any email on the order. One week later the payment was returned to me as I presume ASICS never processed the order on their end. Three weeks later money is taken out of my account again and an email saying my order is processed. In the meantime I ordered from sports direct who have been much better to deal with and will be returning my ASICS whenever they arrive.

No compren en esta tienda. Depués de gastar 100 euros, ni siquiera recibo mi envío en casa. 15 días después me entero que está en un punto de entrega a una hora de donde vivo. Increíble. No merece la pena
