Terrible company - do not use!! Trainers have not arrived! Called several times you just get a voicemail saying they are not taking calls at the moment. Emailed twice but to no avail! No customer service at all! Paid for goods that looks like I will never receive!

My order apparently shipped on the 28th October, it is now the 8th November and still no indication of when the shoes will be arriving. I used to be a huge ASICS fan but these will be my last pair from them. I’ll be moving completely to a brand that ticks all the right boxes - fast shoes, fast delivery, easy returns.

I ordered trainers in April 98 sterling paid they emailed me said not available and returning money to my account . They never did. I've sent email after email no response to my asking for my money back . I've written the 97 pounds off now . They give a no. In UK to ring but like just goes dead I live in Ireland. I'd advise anyone sgsindt using this site. I used it because it was about 50 pounds cheaper than official ssics site but now I'm almost 100 quid worse off no trainers and load if hassle. They should be reported to whoever the official ombudsman ir whatever that oversees these kind of places.

Lo nunca visto. Falsean los stocks, un pedido que después de 3 semanas no ha llegado, no contestan a los correos, no tienen ningún teléfono de atención al cliente. De verdad tener cuidado con esta gentuza!!

Jeg har købt fra "Outlet Asics" to gange. Begge gange har leveringen taget flere uger, selvom der står 3-5 hverdage på hjemmesiden, og de har været næsten umulige at komme i kontakt med. Derudover har jeg fået e-mails fra dem, om at flere af de ting jeg havde bestilt ikke længere var tilgængelige, selvom man stadig kunne købe dem på hjemmesiden. Jeg har svært ved at forestille mig, at jeg ville købe fra dem i den nærmeste fremtid.
