Took payment order not processed fully....looks like items are not in stock. Customer services very polite but very unhelpful. Cant refund as the order is with the warehouse picking team..... WILL BE A DELAY... no idea how long. They then need to request a cancellation and hope for the best by the sounds of things. Avoid like the plague guys and girls.

Buongiorno tutti, la mia famiglia grande consumatore dei prodotti #Asics , visto che mio marito fa giudice di atletica, e due figli sono sportivi. Ho sempre acquistato prodotti #Asics senza problemi e ritengo molto validi. Ma ora è successa una cosa molto strana. Ho acquistato due t-shirt e un paio di scarpe, le magliette sono arrivate puntuale come sempre. Per le scarpe è arrivata la mail che non ci sono più. Ma sono stati prelevati i soldi per intero ordine. Da un mese non posso ricevere indietro i soldi rimborso per le scarpe. Ricevo le mail molto strane che non c'entrano con mio ordine. Ultima per esempio La mail di reso e etichetta di reso, che io non ho mai chiesto. Servizio cliente non è esistente. State molto attenti a ordinare i prodotti da questo sito. Mi dispiace tanto scrivere questa recensione, ma purtroppo è così. Penso di scrivere anche in Instagram e Facebook Grazie #Asics ! Adesso dopo un mese e 10 giorni finalmente ho ricevuto rimborso.

Hice un pedido el día 5/9/21 para un regalo el 18/9/21 y lo he recibido hoy 2/10/21después de 2 reclamaciones hechas por mi al transportista ya que dicen muchos aquí la att al cliente de asícs nula o inexistente 2 e-mails enviados 0 respuestas por parte de asics soy usuario de asics desde hace muchísimos años pero al menos por aquí jamás volverán a recibir un euro por mi parte DECEPCIÓN TOTAL !!!!!

Son unos incopetentes, llevo llamando y escribiendo correos tres días y no me contesta nadie, atención al cliente es nula, el teléfono no contesta nadie y sigo sin respuesta 98€"de pedido y no se que pasará con mi dinero, es imposible contactar con nadie, si alguien tiene forma de comunicarse con ellos por favor que me lo comunique

Not good service at all, shoes shown on website available when ordered and money taken then get an email saying cancelled. The next day the money was taken again. I emailed in for a response and got nothing back although the money was there the next day after that. One of my favourite brands of running shoes but I will change because of it.

Das ist wirklich der schlechteste Onlineshop, bei dem ich je etwas bestellt habe. Vor einer Woche bestellt und bezahlt! Vor 2 Tagen Versandmitteilung bekommen. Unter der Sendungsnummer steht allerdings nicht mehr, als das ein Versandaufkleber erstellt wurde. Möchte gar nicht wissen wie lange eine Retoure oder Erstattung dauert!? Wer also gerne länger wartet, kann hier gerne bestellen;-)

I place an order on the Asics Outlet website. According to the website delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. A week later my order is still apparently "Not shipped". When you call their customer experience line you get a message to say that they no longer take phone calls and to send them an email. I am still waiting for the response to the email I sent them regarding a previous order and issue with that. The shopping experience is just as bad as you place an order only to discover that they don't have stock. For such a great brand with great shoes their online experience and customer service is appalling.

Horrible atención al cliente. Me cancelaron un pedido sin ninguna explicación, no contestan al teléfono ni a los correos electrónicos. No aconsejo para nada comprar en esta página
