I am super sad I haven’t read the comments here before using this site. I have bought a pair of trainers where I could not track the status of the order. After contacting them I was informed the item was ‘lost’. Are you kidding me right? So you disappear with every second order you receive according with all these comments. Fake page? I know hope you are not going to charge me, or things won’t be ok.

Placed an order and received contact that the order was being shipped. It never arrived and when I checked the tracking details, it was never sent for shipping by Asics. They lost my order before it was even sent out! I emailed them and they refunded the order but the trainers I had ordered were no longer in stock or on sale so could not order them. They were not interested in helping at all so will not order from them again!

Site a fuir, commande passée le 6 01 2023 d'une paire de basket qui reste dans leur entrepôt, quand je leur envoi un email pour savoir ou en es la commande le 16 01 2023, le site me renvoie vers le transporteur, qui lui n'a jamais reçu le colis pour l'envoyer et pour couronner le tout, pour se faire rembourser, c'est le parcours du combattant, je reçois un émail avec un document Word attestant sur l'honneur a remplir et signer comme si un particulier pouvais avoir les outils informatique pour le faire, un seul conseil éviter ce site vous vous épargnerez bien des soucis et maux de tête.

Wat een malafide site , eerst bestellen dan paar uurtjes later bestelling is geannuleerd?! , zonder duidelijke reden ! Nooit meer... En nu wachten op geld terug.....

I bought a pair of runners from asics in November last year, they received the returned product on the 8th December. I have contacted them and was told I should expect the refund within 20 working days. We are on 23 working days and I still haven't even received an email regarding the refund or the refund itself!!

Ordered my daughter some asics for school wear as recommended by children's physiotherapist(she wears orthotics) they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive which wasn't the main issue. They were definately not true to size, very small. So went to take back to my local asics outlet in Gloucestershire to be told we don't accept refunds you have to send them back in the post. A wasted journey, but sent them back. Tracked them they were received quickly in less than 4 days. I am still waiting for my card to be refunded a week later, contacted customer service and had no reply. Never again....

Estafa total, no te envían nada y pasan de ti. Es una vergüenza NO COMPRÉIS NADA, casi seguro que perderéis el dinero
