The product was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. After 1 week there was no update on my order, I started to worry but no one answer to emails or phone. Then I was notified the shoes were shipped from Germany and arrive to Portugal 10 day after the payment.. I don't recommend it, there's no costumer service.

Long delays in returns. I’ve so far waited 10 days from posting only to see that the parcel has still not arrived at the destination. Delivery date keeps getting put back. I’ll probably have to wait ages for a refund at this rate!

I am being generous with a two star, but I am keeping in mind the situation and difficulties. Unfortunately, if you need an order in less than 2 weeks then I would say avoid right now! They ship from Germany and there are huge delays due to Brexit and COVID-19. Had I have known this (Germany part) then I wouldn't have placed the order. Even taking this into account the company is a nightmare to deal with. Orders are cancelled at the last minute then strangely stock seems available? Refunds are immediate and then can take over a week?!? Customer service is unresponsive and then seems to change? My advice (based on experience) is avoid right now as they are completely unreliable. I have yet to receive any items, but will update when I do so (if). The stages of shipment vary from delayed to just not moving after 8 days! Finally they mark the items as delivered as soon as they are shipped, which is not helpful at all. Update: One order has been delivered (2 weeks). the order order hasn't left Germany and is lost/stuck there?! My advice is avoid, at least until brexit and COVID are sorted. They are not a UK company - more a shop-front UK copmany with it's stock in Germany!! Completely unreliable.

Más de lo mismo... Haces un pedido de 3 productos, ellos de forma automatica te cancelan uno y te envían el resto. Email de cancelación al momento y me dicen que la unica opción es no aceptar el paquete.. Lo gracioso es que era una promoción 3x2.. y si te cancelan uno.. pos eso... de oferta nada. Ni te respetan nada ni te dan opciónes. Rozando el engaño al consumidor.. ¿Por que comprar en esta tienda cuando hay otras tiendas/fabricantes con iguales precios? No vuelvo a picar con la web ni con la marca.. si dejan que funcione asi una simple web.. ¿Que confianza da su marca? Lo dicho.. Adios Asics.
