I ordered two pairs of shoes and received a baseball cap. I was then told it was an error but the shoes I paid for are now not available. The real issue is that they will not refund the full amount, 50% of two pairs of shoes while the baseball cap is worth $20. Absolute joke and I am still waiting for the refund. Shame that this sours the good Asic name. Avoid at all cost!!

Assistenza inesistente. Inviate 3 mail ma nessuna risposta. Lasciate perdere sia Asics che Asics Outlet. Credo non comprerò Piu scarpe asics. Dei 2 Mizuno è superiore come servizio.

Terrible service really- They got the address wrong even though I used the automatically saved address I have previously used. I was waiting for a couple of weeks with no information 🤷🏽‍♂️ because they failed to tell me that the courier had returned the shoes to their warehouse and that they had resold the trainers to someone else but not informed me or refunded the money - I am not sure if that is even legal practice once they have sent them out- as no longer their goods to sell on. The customer service expected me to reorder at a higher price and apply a discount code - with a very impersonal standard response email and then later ignored me and refunded the money. Total waste of my time - if like myself you needed the shoes in a hurry do not trust this supplier. If no big deal and not urgent then take your chances I guess as had previously no significant problem with them

It is the second time I order shoes from them, and it is the second time the delivery is a nightmare. The parcel does not get delivered when they say it will be, and no help from the courier company either. This will probably be the last time a order shoes from them.

Hice el pedido en la tienda outlet de Las Rozas, de forma online. Allí me lo recomendaron porque aplicaban un descuento adicional al hacerlo desde la tienda. En qué hora...pedido del 8 de Abril, a día de hoy ni siquiera lo han enviado a Seur. Decenas de correos reclamando para cancelar el pedido y sigo esperando respuesta. Ni dinero ni pedido. Lo poco que he podido contactar me dan largas...NO VUELVO A COMPRAR NUNCA MÁS

Mi pedido lo hizo la tienda Outlet de Las Rozas el día 11 de abril, con fecha de entrega para el 16. A día 23, aún no han llegado. He escrito desde mi cuenta y no han respondido. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A COMPRARLES NADA.

Nunca llegó mi pedido.... dos semanas de reclamaciones intentando poder ser atendido pero nada... solo algun mail diciendo que fuera paciente... al mes me dicen que la empresa de reparto ha perdido mi paquete....NEFASTO VERGONZOSO .. si compras aqui paga con PaypAl o es facil que pierdas tu dinero.
