Very disappointed. I bought trainers off them on special offer. After about 3 days just got email saying my order was cancelled without giving the reason. I sent them an email asking why it was cancelled and that I still wanted them. My email wasn't even answered. Won't buy from them again. What a waste of time. Then they had the cheek to send an email a week later looking me to review them. So I gave a poor review and the wouldn't publish it cause it didn't meet their criteria. They have low score on trust pilot for a reason.

Don‘t Order On That Website! - ordered 2 pairs (1 for man 1 for kids) - got a wrong package with no shoes inside - filed a complaint to the costumer service but they only told me it was out of stock, so why did the order and payment went trough??? - sent the package back to get my refund - still waiting for the refund after 6 month of emails forth and back

I’ve purchased multiple different Asics models, most often the Kayano and GT-2000 versions, but all shoes I buy tear up in the heel after a few/limited use cases. Even though I highly like the comfort and feeling wearing Asics shoes, the fact they break after such short period warrants a recommendation to stay away from them, especially when their support team finds it unreasonable to replace or refund a faulty product. Also, worth mentioning is that the models I’ve purchased range from $150-200 per pair.

They do not have a clue on running an online store! I ordered some running shoes and the order was accepted and went through without issue. a few days later I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled. They gave two potential reasons: Either. They were out of stock - in which case why did they accept my order? There was a problem with my card payment - Why did the transaction go through when I ordered? Assuming that no online ordering system would allow me to order when there was no stock. I re-ordered with a different card. All appeared to be going well until a week later I got the same cancellation message. Habe drei Paar Asics Schuhe für über €300 im genannten Shop eingekauft und davon war ein Paar nach drei Monaten defekt. Meine Reklamation und Garantieanspruch wurde einfach damit angeschmettert, daß auf Materialfehler keine Haftung übernommen werden kann, da die Schuhe bereits getragen sind!! Immer schlechter werdende Qualität gepaart mit noch schlimmerem Kundenservice!! Asics adé - servus Brooks 👍🏼

Niet bereikbaar via tel en geen reactie op mails. Zo bij Asics zelf beland...ze kennen het probleem en kunnen er niets aan doen. 31/5 besteld en nog niets ontvangen alhoewel het volgens flytoexpress al een maand in de store in Antwerpen is.
