Placed order and it and it has said processing for the last 10 days. No response to my emails, sent three. no phone number contact. no PayPal so i don't know how to get a hold of them.

0 out of 5. So far I have made two (or three 🤔) online complaints about my defective shoes and have only received acknowledgments of receipt. I have also posted on X but again zero response. So disappointing as I am a long time user of ASICS shoes, but clearly the customer service does not match the (usual) quality of the product itself ☹️

Second time ordering from this company, getting the shoes no problem returning and getting a refund absolutely the worst company ever.. they don’t include a returns note so not having a printer proved difficult then trying to get a refund omg the email said 24/48 hours their silly little agent said 15 days for a refund to show in your account, never will I ever order from Asics again.

Creo que si me dan una fecha de llegada de pedido, deben cumplirla. A mi me están perjudicando por no baber llegado todavia cuando deberia haber llegado hace 48 horas

ATTENZIONE! Annullano gli ordini facendo i furbetti con il 3x2. Ti fanno ordinare tre prodotti (uno in teoria gratis per la promozione) poi annullano uno dei prodotti e il terzo te lo fanno pagare comunque. Mi hanno fatto il reso dell'importo totale e poi mi hanno prelevato l'importo delle scarpe e dell'impermeabile (che in teoria era gratis). A parte che non so come abbiano fatto a prelevarmi i soldi senza il mio consenso attraverso l'app della banca.. bah Ho letto di altre recensioni simili, non cascateci!

El pasado 2 de febrero compre atraves de la pagina web unas zapatillas Kayano 29 . El envió llego en el plaza estipulado y al abrir la caja me encontré con dos zapatillas cada una de un modelo y tallaje distintos. Efectuada la reclamación siempre atraves de email y tras mandar varias fotografías me confirman que haga la devolución de las mismas. Tras varios correos pidiéndoles el reembolso del dinero pagado justo al mes me lo han reembolsado. Así que mi experiencia con esta empresa no ha sido positiva, además de que la comunicación con ellos no es fluida porque no suelen contestar a lois emails.

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie! Po zwrocie towaru zgodnie z regulaminem sklepu nie odzyskałem zapłaconych pieniędzy. Siedziba firmy w Holandii więc szukaj wiatru w polu. Aż dziwne że ten sklep jeszcze funkcjonuje w sieci bo z tego co widzę nie jestem jedyną osobą który został oszukana.

Kiepski sklep internetowy Nie da się zapłacić blikiem lub na konto trzeba podać nr. karty i oczywiście pin i ja tak zrobiłem. Buty kupiłem w promocji za155zł więc się cieszyłem, ale po dwóch dniach z karty znikneło 151 zł na to samo konto bankowe firmy Asics. Oczywiście e-mailu od firmy dostałem odpowiedz że jest to nie możliwe i to na tyle kontaktu
