I placed an order on their website last Friday, and today is Thursday — my order still hasn’t been shipped. I’ve contacted their customer support 5–6 times, but received absolutely no response. They don’t provide any phone number to reach them either. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in this company and no longer want their products.

All singing and all dancing up to the bit after you part with your money. Nothing to say you are going to wait an eternity for it to be slowly shipped from China. Still not with me yet I ordered the basket plus off Amazon and it came the next day. There’s the answer

June 2, 2025 To the OUTIN Team, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service and complete lack of timely communication from your team over the past several days. The unresponsiveness, failure to follow up, and lack of accountability have made it clear that customer experience is not a priority for your organization. This situation has been especially frustrating, as the item in question was intended as a graduation gift for my son — a milestone that was entirely missed due to your negligence. Your late-night apology and delayed response, after the missed occasion, are not only insufficient but come across as reactive rather than responsible. Comparing your performance with reliable services such as Amazon — which manage to deliver similar exact ordered products within a few short days — only highlights how poorly your logistics and customer service teams have handled this matter. Your excuses about custom orders or courier delays do not absolve you of responsibility; rather, they raise serious concerns about how your operations are managed. Given this experience, I will neither recommend nor promote your company or its products. This incident will be reflected in any public review I leave to ensure other potential customers are made aware of the risks associated with ordering from you. Blaming third-party couriers rather than owning your failures and offering meaningful resolution is unacceptable. If this is your standard of service, then it’s time for your management, fulfillment, and shipping departments — or your choice of courier partners — to be seriously reevaluated. You’ve unfortunately earned a zero-star review. M. Oskoui

The purchase process is dubious - tax conditions In fact, I provided the buyer's details and their tax identification number for the purpose of issuing an invoice. The company simply sent a document (after my request) simply called an invoice, however, the document is not valid for tax purposes. It contains no information regarding the VAT amount or the reason for exemption, nor the tax details (VAT) of the seller and buyer. After several attempts, the seller stated that he was not subject to "tax conditions" and refused to issue a legal invoice.

The website is not usable, because of one page that wants you to sign op, comes up all the time. Gave it up!

I wish I could award 0 stars. I owned a Nano purchased through Curry's and loved the machine, good temps and pressure, good coffee with Lavazza pods. On my first trip it malfunctioned flashing an error code. I contacted Outin who diagnosed it as irreperable and advised me to return to Curry's for a refund, which I duly did. I decided to replace it and order direct, totalling approx £200 - Outin had an offer, accessories, and seemingly had stock. This was a HUGE MISTAKE. Apparently some accesories were not in stock (in reality none of it is "in stock" for UK delivery it is all in China). The extremely limited tracking shows it is in Shenzhen and has not moved for quite some time. Multiple mails to customer services yield very unsatisfactory responses, you wonder whether they even read the mails properly before they respond, but in reality they are just dodging refunding any money. Repeated requests for the refund, and the complaint to be escalated to some sort of management, are constantly ignored. The concern now is that if the new machine eventually arrives and malfunctions as quickly as the last one then the support will be woeful at best and non-existent at worse. May as well have taken my £200 and set fire to it to brew up a coffee. Agree with another reviewer here. BORDERLINE SCAM.
