Amazing device

Your product is truly appreciated, did a great job packaging & instruction pamphlets plus the dope stickers, thanks. Elle Cafe where I bought the coffee capsules total nightmare. Placed one order 2 counts of assorted coffee flavors and received half the order. On top of that they doubled up on the French Roast and left out the Dark Roast completely. Extremely dissatisfied with their services. This is a time sensitive matter being im fixing to hit the road to work a seasonal job in freezing 🥶 cold temperatures (snowboard Instructing) and hot beverages are a MUST to arise from the depths of the bed lol. Wish you guys just offered a combo package so I could have avoided all this but all good. Gotta learn how not to deal with businesses one way or another. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth literally, ya know (like too much French Roast). 🤪 Cheers & God bless 🤙, everybody please think big white fluffy snow flakes 2.5 stars, cuz you guys are kinda connected through your pink toes

I received the item very late

The orders are in separate shipping / packages for each item. It's a nightmare to track an get if you order for example the grinder + support + coffemaker + other stuff... each will come in a separate delivery.

All the OutIn items I have purchased feel of quality and work as expected, top notch products

I have an OutIn Portable Coffee Maker (and several accessories: Stand, Silicon Mat, Case, ...) and I must say I wouldn't want to miss it. My wife and I were in Norway on vacation earlier this month and brew over 100 coffees (Nespresso Tabs) with the Portable Coffee Maker (both using cold & hot water). It was "life saving" in a country were coffee is otherwise more slightly colored water ;-)

Makes a better shot of espresso than our big Rockett semi automatic…

Fantastic little device! Delivery of the device arrived a bit ahead of schedule in a box arguably way too big for its contents; I could have fit at least 20 Espresso makers inside the delivery box. It was a good thing the internal box was packed securely. Watching the video was pretty straight forward and after giving the Outin a bit of a charge, my first espresso was made in about 30 minutes. Easy to clean and use and makes a great little up of coffee at a fantastic price.
