My dog eats anything--and the result was often a visit to the vet. I've used the Outfox Field Guard for almost two years and it has transformed both of our lives. I don't worry when she's off lead and with the mask on she can carry on as usual, playing, drinking water, doing everything but eating what she shouldn't. My order always arrives within the week, and if I have questions, the Foxguard folks always answer promptly--I couldn't recommend them and their product more highly!

I made an error on my order but customer service changed it no problem. My dog is a bad scavenger, and he often gets the 3 am vomit session of something he ate earlier when he goes outside. This field guard is NOT RESTRICTIVE at all, and my dog drank water with it on no problem. I followed the instructions when we first put it on by putting treats in it and letting him put his head in first. He loves it and is not scared of it at all. He also doesn’t try to take it off compared to an actual muzzle wrapping around his snout. And I have no concerns that it will cause any harm, and it does come off east in case of emergencies unlike a muzzle. I have a 70 pound pit mix with a longer snout, and he has a size large as he measured from head to snout about 12.5 inches.

Great product! The web info gave very helpful information for sizing. I appreciate getting the correct size on first order! Delivery was quick too. Thanks! BTW, I am using this for a very large energetic 6 mos old puppy who occasionally forages for things best not eaten when she is free-roaming!

I appreciated getting my order only a couple days after ordering. The product works really well. My dog can sniff, pant, and drink water with it on. My corgi has upright ears and they fit fine in the medium size. I feel relieved that her scavenging days are behind us now.

Our use of this fantastic hood might be a little different than most. This has been the best solution for out little deaf bull terrier. She eats everything and has had 5 surgeries to remove blockages. We tried everything. She could always push things through uncomfortable muzzles. She now has the freedom to go outside again. This mesh hood keeps her from being able to get anything in her mouth to swallow it and she actually likes it. She comes to us to put it on for her. We call it her princess hat. No accidental ingestions since we got one. It has saved her life. Literally.
