Being able to interact directly with Brigham on Rokslide was excellent. -sizing: these definitely are on the smaller end of their size spectrum. -seriously, this is the best big puffy I’ve ever owned. -when are you going to make the matching fill weight baffled pants??

I have bought many many things from outdoor vitals always of top quality, fit very well, mostly well priced some are a little pricey. The customer service is impeccable. I actually stopped by the business on a vacation I was on and bought a jacket the people were very nice. I think that a lot of thought goes into each piece that they make and how it would last and how it would benefit hikers.

Top quality products and In the past, I have had trouble with few of my orders. Usually it's my fault. But customer service gets me straightened out, and they're always very polite.

I’m still waiting on the exchange. The original jacket I sent back arrived with you guys in 3 days but the one you sent back is going to take 2 weeks to reach me. Why was it sent to Texas, then California, then back to Texas? Makes no sense and ruined the entire experience I was happy till all of this. Perhaps you could streamline your shipping operations or something
