Outdoor Furniture PlusReviews of outdoorfurnitureplus.com

Immediate contact replying. Great!

The website makes it easy to find what you want with no trouble. I had been searching for a planter for a little specimen tree and I found exactly what I wanted. The finish is super smooth and beautiful! It arrived quickly and was even better than what I had hoped for.

First time ordering-went smooth and felt easy enough

Ease in ordering the product.

Although our furniture arrived slightly later than initially anticipated, the responsiveness and courtesy that was demonstrated by customer service when I inquired about the shipment totally overshadowed any inconvenience of the delay. They demonstrated interest in my concerns, gave accurate answers and even asked if there was a specific date or event for which we needed this furniture. We will continue to use OFP for all of our outdoor furniture needs, as we live in a relatively rural area and our ‘Brick and Mortar’ choices are quite limited to only big box stores. Customer service sets this business apart and makes them a pleasure with whom to do business. Order with confidence.

Great product as well as easy to order on line, quick ship also.

Holly was incredibly patient and super knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping with color selection, material, etc. And after having failed with other stores, this was a painless experience and we are so excited for our outdoor furniture to arrive!

The product is beautiful along with great customer service support!! They made my experience so easy!! I will definitely be returning to purchase more products!
