Customer Service is Outstanding!
I was so pleased with a recent customer service experience I had, when I called to inquire on a delivery mixup with my order. Both John and Mary were very pleasant and got the issue resolved quickly. I received the corrected tracking# for my order, and physically received the products within three business days of the resolution. I highly recommend Outdoor Furniture Plus, as the customer care and quality products are amazing.

Amazing customer service
Holly spent a bunch of time with me looking into some specific questions I had on patio chairs and providing alternative ideas. She did some extra research and emailed me promptly with the answers. She really went above and beyond to help and I just placed an order with them.
