I was placing my order online, but had a question regarding availability. I called the 800# at 4:25PM. Closing time on their website is 4:30PM. A very pleasant gentleman answered my question and shared additional information. He then offered to complete my order over the phone. The benefit of FREE SHIPPING outweighs any additional % off I might have found anywhere else. This was a very pleasant experience,like talking to a friend I just met.

The web site is easy to navigate, clear and the on-line purchase process was very easy as well. The product we purchased, an outdoor table, is truly high quality. We had an issue with some damage cauded by the transport company and Outdoor Furniture Plus Customer Service dept. handled the claim perfectly, even though we were a bit late submitting it due to extended travel.
