Log cedar furniture appears to be exactly what we’re looking for. Will complement the appearance of our deck and our home.

I liked the price but was a little disappointed to find out the delivery time was prolonged. In the end however, it arrived earlier than anticipated. Would have given 5 stars but for the slight lack of communication on delivery.

Hi Paul. So glad we could get your bar chairs out to you earlier than expected. Unfortunately, it's been almost impossible for us to keep up with the ship dates from the manufacturer when they don't provide them. A general idea is all we have to go on. But thrilled that it all turned out well in the end. Mary

The ordering process was fast and easy. The freight company contacted me to set up a convenient delivery time. Unfortunately 2 of the eight chaise lounges purchased arrived damaged. I contacted the supplier by email with photos and within a couple days had 2 replacements being shipped. My only complaint is that I’m now stuck with disposing of the two damaged chaises.

Hi Andrew, Thank you again for your order. We know you'll enjoy your Travira Chaise Lounges for many years. Damage doesn't happen often and unfortunately we don't have much control over the carriers but just in taking care of you. I don't know how much damage there is on the chaise lounges but we have had customers in the past to donate functional items to a local women's shelter or facility that would be more than happy to have a free item and then you might have tax benefits from such a donation. HOLLY from Outdoor Furniture Plus called & assured me my card had not actually been charged.. I get text notifications on my card charges & they use the word charged.. but it has not posted to the account. Holly explained the problem with their vendor & covid & we agreed on a strategy going forward. Thanks Holly for the response & claification My card was immediately charged when I ordered & I received a confirmation email. Its been a week, but no notice of when it will ship or if it is on stock. NOTE TO CEO...poor business to charge the credit card if you do not have product. There is website order tracking & it does not acknowledge my order #. Poor management

Hi Trish. Thank you for your message. We are happy to help. In looking at your order, we do have it in house. If you look at the item on our website it states that these ship anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks but explains that these come from Canada and they are having employee issues in their factories b/c of labor shortages. If you'd like to give us a call we would be happy to discuss it with you and your options if you are not willing to wait. In regards to a charge on your card, you may want to review that again. We show that no charge was made to your card at all. When an order is placed, our system does put an automatic approval on your card to insure that it was typed in correctly and that there is credit to cover the payment once your order is shipped. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. If you have any questions or we can discuss this further, please give us a call on Monday and we will be happy to discuss your order with you. 877-595-8543. We look forward to hearing from you. John

The customer service was tremendous. We did have an issue with our fabric for our cushions was out of stock though.

Hi Robert. Thank you for your comments. Yes, Sunbrella is having a hard time keeping up and it's only going to get worse as the season progresses. I'm glad that we were able to find an acceptable replacement. I was happy to help with that. Please let us know if we can help with anything else! Take care, Holly

Delivery was quick but we had an issue with one of the pieces, while it was frustrating they rectified the situation in a timely fashion. Holly was prompt and professional. The set up of the product wasn't as easy as it seemed it would.. but once completely put together we were happy with our purchase.
