good and good. LoL

It said that my product was back ordered, but I received my package within a week. My husband loves this website for all his dog hunting gear

Shopping was easy but the shipping took waaaayyyy too long. I could have driven to you shop and back at least five times in the amount of time it took to get here. First time this has happened to me and I’ve ordered several items off you before. I’m not really blaming you as much as the postal service but maybe look into different shippers.

the product was ok, but don't have to send it back, I had to pay shipping and then I have no idea why they took another 2.00 off, so it cost me 7.23 to return a 9.99 item, will never order again this was terrible..

The advertised width was 3/4"when in fact it was 5/8"

Item was not as described in the description, but will still keep it. Not bad for a $10 collar.

I ordered an refurbished Alpha 2 weeks ago. The description stated the unit would have birdseye, but it doesn't. Can someone please advise if this must be downloaded or what the deal is? Thanks. Christian James
