Too confusing to use Directions are not very good. Disappointed.

Ordered fence on june 6. Got a call back immediately it would arrive early the next week. Wednesday came around and I called to check and was told AGAIN it was coming in and would be here early next week. Skip forward to the following thursday (today june 26) and called yet again. If you lost track, that's the third time. Bet you can guess what I was told. Early next week. Only the second bad review I have ever written. I get that this pandemic has changed things and I can accept the truth but st this point just feel lied to. Especially mad because I ordered with expedited shipping as my dog chases golf carts and 5 neighbors got golf carts and we predicted he would get hit and it did happened. Luckily he survived that accident. Just hoping hes alive if and when I ever get my order.

I haven’t received a back ordered collar, and the one I did receive the holes were drilled wrong and they were supposed to send me a new one!

Dropping connection with dog sometime at close range

I ordered a replacement collar, size small, for a Dog Watch electric fence. The collar arrived in timely fashion in a plastic baggie with a sticker on the outside marked "small." The collar itself, however, clearly had a "XS" (extra small) tag affixed to it. I called to report the problem, and customer service promised to ship a replacement collar out immediately. They kept their promise--but shipped me ANOTHER extra small collar that arrived in the same plastic baggie, mislabeled as a small. We'll see if they can get it right on the third try.
