Never received what I ordered. Was essentially told "tough luck" when I inquired.

I found the sleeping bag I was shopping for from Out&Back at an unbeatable price in their "Like New" condition. (Pristine condition, but missing original tags and packaging. Ready for its first adventure!) The deal was too good to pass up so I bought it. I didn't know much about Out&Back at the time but from the little bit of digging that I did they seemed legit. When the sleeping bag showed up it was the wrong one, disappointing, but I've worked in warehouses / fulfilment centers before and I know mistakes happen. I contacted customer service and they hooked me up with a return label and issued a refund as soon as they got the incorrect bag back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed the same order again and they nailed it! I got the exact bag I was looking for for a fraction of the price anywhere else. After doing some research it seems like they are a start up with some pretty legit VC Partners. I'm not sure where / how they are sourcing all this gear but I will definitely be back for more.

as a seller, be very wary of this company. It's currently August and I haven't been paid for items the company received in May. They say they are "working on it" and "please have patience." This isn't what I signed up for - they initially said I'd be paid within a few days of them receiving the items.

Ordering was very straightforward, and the item I received was even better than the merchandise "condition" description. So thrilled, because in this case I lost my sunglasses and the model was sold out on the manufacturer website. My only suggestion would be for there to be a chat feature or phone number, because getting answers to questions now requires emailing back and forth, which can be inefficient.

These people are 100% legit. They provide an awesome service. The store is super responsive and all 5 orders I've made so far have came in fine, in better condition than expected. If you're looking for awesome deals on outdoor gear this is the place.

Despite the website not showing really any reviews to look at before purchasing it was a difficult choice to make purchasing on there, leaving me wondering if the website and deals were legit. And so it turns out it is indeed legitimate! I got myself a Petzl headlamp at an incredible discounted price and it was shipped and arrived very quickly within 6 days. The headlamp looks to be in pristine condition and even came with batteries, not to mention the packaging looking professional as well. I wish there were more easier ways to let people know that this site is real, so I hope this can help.

I was a little scared to order from this site because I couldn't find any reviews on it and the prices on ski boots were almost too low. I yolo'd it and the ski boots came in under a week just as described.
