I love this company! I just found it online (also turns out the warehouse is down the street from my house - awesome bonus). GREAT products for amazing prices. Will Definitely be a return customer!

I was hesitant at first spending a lot of money on a used dry suit. After reading how the garments and gear were rated, and looking over the gear, I decided to take the chance. After making the payment, I received a prompt receipt, and regular shipping updates. When the suit arrived, the condition was better than described and well packed. I am looking forward to more great deals.

I checked my old emails and found that I had received a response to my request for a return label very quickly. Unfortunately, I had already sent a review in before I found it. So, here is a 5 star review.

Fantastic customer service as I was about to buy something from a spoof website. Make sure the site you are buying from is based in Colorado. They responded quickly and guided me to the REAL site. Thank you for saving me$300

Hi Daniela - thanks for the kind words! We’re really glad we could help and that you found the correct site. It’s unfortunate how often spoof websites appear, but we’re happy we could save you the headache (and the $300)!
