Im in love with my ring! It is almost better in person than I had imagined. The quality, appearance of the diamonds, and the whole design is spectacular. I love what it gives my engagement ring when I pair them together! Im also very impressed with the costumer service, the shop really cares about all your needs and tries to cater to everything. they were very quick to respond, and provided updated throughout the entire process of my ring being made. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you Ouros jewels!

I love my new bangle! Vijay made a custom gold bangle with asscher cut diamonds. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible. I am thriled

I ordered a diamond ring in platinum. It is absolutely STUNNING and everything I expected it to be. The merchant is very professional. The process was thorough and organized. I received a CAD drawing for approval prior to making the ring. I requested an edit, the second CAD drawing was submitted to me for approval. I approved, then they created the ring. I received a video of the ring prior to shipment. I was asked to confirm my shipping address. I was sent a video of my ring during its diamond testing. I am now ordering another item from this merchant. I recommended it to my family and friends as well. I will continue to be their customer. A special call-out to Vijay, thank you for your responsiveness and amazing customer service.
