Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

Vijay was absolutely amazing!! Kept me updated every step of the way, I didn’t have to ask him one question or reach out for an update once because he always got to me first!! My ring is beautiful and he was so flexible on design / fitting my budget and making payments. Anytime I messaged him/adjusted the design he got back to me super quickly, even with the crazy time difference! 100% recommend Ouros Jewels and Vijay! I will def be purchasing again!!!

I purchased my fiancé’s wedding band through Ouros. The experience was amazing from customer service following up to ensure it came out exactly as I wanted it to before it was sent out. They were always quick to reply with meaningful feedback. The ring came out perfect! Would recommend to anyone.

A kind, helpful, experienced jeweller who has been nothing short of brilliant to work with. We tweaked a design to suit my individual needs, and Vijay was were profession and quick to offer expertise and updates at every chance. Highly recommend.

Excellent service by Vijay. He made a custom nosepin which had some issues but he remade a new one and sent it within few weeks.

My experience dealing with Ouros Jewels has been fantastic. Great customer service, beautiful craftsman and very reasonable pricing. My wedding ring is extraordinary. It surpassed my expectations and fits perfectly. Vijay gave me his opinion during the designing process and my ring came out beautifully. I'll definitely look at Ouros for future purchases and recommend them to everyone.

Love my new earrings and the customer service was amazing!

My husband upgraded my ring for our 5 year wedding anniversary. My number one ring was from Ourosjewels and upon my husband purchasing Vijay was very attentive to my wants, and made sure to follow up throughout the process. Aside from loving my ring, customer service was world class! Will buy from them again!

Vijay and his team at Ouros are amazing. They have made me 2 beautiful lab diamond rings that I wear everyday! Very communicative throughout the process and fast shipping. I highly recommend them!
