Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

Guys - Ouros jewelry was a MIRACULOUS find for me. Their prices are great compared to retail lab grown diamond prices. Their service is beyond exceptional - they keep you updated every single step of the way, send you a digital rendering of your product to confirm you’re happy with all the specs before creating the item, and a video of the item when it’s been made. I’ve never had such good service from ANY jeweller. I ordered a wedding band from them and it’s absolutely stunning - diamonds are completely eye clean and sparkle beautifully. I truly couldn’t be happier with my purchase and I’m SUPER excited to recommend it to my friends and continue ordering from Ouros in the future. Million thanks to the whole Ouros team, you guys are phenomenal! Keep it up! 🙏🏼♥️

This seller had great communication, shipped my item quickly and made a beautiful piece!!!!

MADE MY FIRST EXPERIENCE!!EASY AND DEEPLY SATISFIED!!! WE DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK...

I was very nervous to order a wedding band online but I’m so glad I did. It was exactly what i wanted and exceeded my expectations. I purchased an oval 3/4 eternity band, it fits low profile so sits under my engagement ring it’s absolutely beautiful. The service I received throughout this whole process was so reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. If you’re looking for a sign to order, DO IT!

Vijay was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. He was able to create a custom pair of diamond stud earrings for me at my request. And worked diligently to show me every step of the creation and delivery process. I received detailed images and videos throughout the process which gave me confidence in my purchase. These have been my daily earrings and I can’t take them off! They are beautiful. Thanks!

I have to say I’m beyond impressed with this company from the service to the quality of the materials. I worked with Vijay to bring an item to life that I designed and he did that and more. All it took was a simple render and he took it from there making corrections and showing me different variations of what my design could look like with a few tweaks. Vijay informed me about every step of the process and sent me photos during every step. Im sorry but you can get the in the USA at a box Jewelry store. The service is by far the best I’ve had in the jewelry industry and we are already working on a second piece. Thank you Vijay, you and your wonderful staff.

It can be difficult ordering online as you need to know that you can trust the seller but we wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Vijay kept us informed every step of the way and sent us drawings to approve before our earrings were made. Vijay told us when they were sent and gave us tracking details. They arrived in plenty of time. The earrings were a gift for our daughter and they were everything that we had hoped they would be, absolutely beautiful, the quality is outstanding and our daughter loves them.

Vijay was very helpful and was able to alter the design to exactly what I wanted to fit under my engagement ring. Very responsive whenever I had a query.
