Ouros JewelsReviews of ourosjewels.com

I got a pink ring from the “ready to ship “ section. For a while I have wanted a colored diamond, but because they are so expensive I came to terms that I was never going to get one until I found this shop. This was my third purchase, and this will not be my last. On Etsy it said that the delivery date would be July 28 through August 7. I did get it days earlier, which I was super excited about.

The ring is perfect.

100% recommend. I asked for a custom ring and it turned out perfect. They took their time and listened to all my wishes and adjustments even though I had quite a few. Answering time was very quick. Thank you!!

Amazing craftmanship, attention to details, brilliance in the diamonds! It was so easy to communicate with the team, they were responsive and payed attention to every detail and desire. The process was very easy to follow, the transport very fast. Thank you so much to the entire team for work, dedication and for a positive customer experience even being miles away and doing all online. Beats any big box retailer! You are great!

Engagement ring was exactly as described and arrived very quickly and the communication I received throughout the whole process was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend Ourosjewels highly enough! I'm very pleased with both the product and service provided.

I bought a gorgeous, very large 1.25 ct earring set from Ouros. The jewelry quality was excellent and built exactly as specified in a specs that was sent to me in advance. The pricing was also very competitive to just about any other site or store. I will be starting (and likely concluding) my future diamond shopping from Ouros for sure. They are now first on my list of places to visit.

I bought a loose gemstone. Process went very smoothly. They sent a video of the gem in daylight and a video of them authenticating it with a machine and asked if this was the one I wanted. Shipping was VERY fast even though it had to be shipped to the other side of the world. The stone was securely packaged and exactly as shown in the video. Will purchase more from them. Thank you Vijay!
