Received my engagement ring a year ago with poor craftsmanship. It came all the way from India and the centre stone became loose within the claw setting within 1 month of wearing. Due to it coming from India to uk we had to have it fixed in the uk and have the claw setting tightened. Unfortunately due to poor craftsmanship it loosened again within a month. I have never been able to wear my ring due to this. We have tried for a year to have my ring fixed by this jeweller and they have outwardly refused. They offered to buy back my ring and make a new one for further money. Now it’s been a year a year they have changed their mind and said it’s out of warranty and rescinded their offer. Avoid this company. They have disgusting customer service and do not care for poor craftsmanship. Thank you for ruining my wedding set

Horrible, claimed they would reimburse me for shipping a return back and they never did. Stay clear!

I ordered some earrings that were on their website 2 months ago, and they gave me a turn around time of 2-3 weeks. They sent me the CAD a couple days later which I approved right away. After about a month I went on their website and looked at the listing again and saw that they had dropped the price of the earrings by almost a whopping $1k. I asked if they could give me a refund for the difference between the new much cheaper price and the price I paid, since the earrings weren't ready yet and they refused. 2 months later and the earrings still weren't ready, so I asked for a refund, which they refused to give. I ended up disputing the transaction in Paypal and getting my money back that way. Definitely won't be using them again.

Really struggled with working with Ouros. I ordered a pair of earrings for Valentines Day, and weeks passed with an excess of email communication but no product. It's now been almost a month and after requesting a cancellation - am stuck waiting for earrings I no longer need.

Don't ever go for interview at this company! They don't have any professionals who knows how to take interview! I give the interview for social media manager in this company and the person who take the interview don't even know about social media! Instead of talk regarding social media! They kept asking me for regarding my family background, wife, kids, father! And they have worst ever policy that you will only get 50% Of salary for first 2 month and remaining 50% salary they will release after 1.5 years ! Next day HR message me and told me you're not selected! I told her to give me the reason I am not selected and I also told her about the whole interview what happened in the interview ! But after seeing the text she didn't reply me and didn't give the proper reason of not being selected! I requested to all of you guys please dont work in this company and don't go for the interview! they have worst policies, not a single professional people in this company!

DO NOT do business with these people. I ordered, and they readily agreed to make, diamond stud earrings in an invisible setting that would take three weeks. I paid them $4000 up front (my mistake). That was almost three months ago. They have since stated they can’t actually make them according to the computer-aided design they provided to me. They refused to refund my money and continue to try to sell me something else (that I do not want) - differently set studs that look terrible or in the alternative loose, lab-created diamonds that I’m then supposed to figure out what to do with. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.

I have not received my order as of today 2/1/24. Received a notice of shipment over 10 days ago but nothing has been received.

still have not recieved earrings.On 1-5-2024 I called their Texas number and the guy sounded very out of it and he said he will call me back when he gets an update!! They dont tell me who is delivering them, nor a tracking number.i think im being scammed
