Customer satisfaction is definitely a goal and the products are of outstanding quality!

I ordered a pair of diamond earrings set in silver- probably one of the smaller orders this company does. They still contacted me in every step of the process and made sure I was okay to proceed and happy with how things were coming along. They even tracked my package and reached out to make sure I indeed got it. I received my order and they are absolutely beautiful and seem to be good quality.

Wonderful experience working with Vijay and Aman to make my custom pear shaped diamond pendant! The diamond is exceptional with absolutely no bow-tie and sparkles beautifully. The team responded to my many questions kindly and promptly, usually within minutes! They were beyond patient with me as they provided multiple CADs to create my vision. The final product is truly perfect!

Their customer service kept in contact with me the entire time the piece was being created. They answered every email I sent. They offered installments which helped me to be able to purchase my ring. I've had my eye on it for a few weeks. I love the ring.

I was able to work directly with Vijay and his team. They made the process extremely easy and communicated exceptionally well. My wife was thrilled with the quality of the ring and earrings I purchased for her! If you are looking for high quality jewelry and service at a very fair price, I would highly suggest Ouros!

Vijay was so communicative and the ring I ordered was stunning!

I ordered a diamond tennis bracelet and diamond earrings from Ouros about a month before Christmas. Upon ordering, Vijay kept in contact with me and updated me with my order’s progression. Needless to say, I received my order in time for the holidays and my wife is very happy! I am very impressed with this company and will be ordering more in the future.

It’s so rare to find a place that does custom old cuts, and at such a reasonable price too! The communication was incredibly fast and thorough — I received updates at every step of the process, which made it feel like we were creating these together. That collaborative experience was genuinely fun. I was a bit worried about tariffs since it’s an international order, but everything arrived smoothly with no issues at all. As someone who absolutely adores old cuts and specialty cuts, finding a store that makes all of this possible has been such a joy. I feel so lucky to have discovered you! 🙏 Please keep doing more stud and specialty cut events in the future! And a huge thank you to Shiny for all the patient conversations throughout — looking forward to working together again! 💎
