This is a scam. Bait and switch. I screen shotted details of my purchase and then they send a “design” for approval which wasn’t what I purchased and won’t refund my money. Disgusting.

Do not purchase from them. They delivered an incorrect item, had me send it back and promised to redo it correctly. It has now been several more weeks and they refuse to do it as promised and will not refund my money either.

Total ripoff, it took long time to receive my purchase and when I received it, it was totally different than what we communicated and with what I purchased . Please don’t waste your money on online shopping product with this company. It is no guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase

I truly want to warn anyone whom might be pulled in by the price for these rings. The process was honestly very good communication etc. the nightmare began when the ring shipped. Since it was sent uninsured I could not track it when it was misdirected only to find it and see that the company shipped my diamond platinum eternity wedding band in a BAG and marked it as $25 costume jewelry and swore to it to avoid customs/import fees! This was completely fraudulent and should the ring have been lost I’d be without any recourse! The ring itself is poorly made with the platinum so thin the prongs are barely there and so sharp they tore my dress! It’s now at a jeweler to be completely remade. I’m out additional money and all I got from this company was “sorry for your experience” I’m heartbroken this beautiful experience was a complete sham I’d never ever recommend this to anyone.

I am so upset and disgusted. I had a custom tennis bracelet made for a special birthday. The process started in February, so I believe I received it in April, maybe May. Well, not long after receiving the bracelet, the clasp broke. I the bracelet fell off but I was lucky to have found it. I had a local jeweler repair the clasp but he said it’s basically junk and will break again. He was right. My family member had been very ill with advanced cancer, so I put the bracelet away and dealt with my family. I had seen other issues mentioned with their jewelry from Ouros. I made comments and replies and quickly noticed a huge problem with their quality. Finally, Aman said I would receive contact from the company. I had to really push to get a reply. Now to why I’m really pissed off. I made it clear that the clasp is defective and he agreed to look at the bracelet himself, which I don’t believe he did but that’s not the worst of things. I received a video today of the clasp being fixed, which was super fast. They basically put a bandaid on the situation, so it will just break again. I’m sitting here so upset and disgusted. I want my money back. I had mentioned that the hinges between the diamonds seem terrible and the weight is extremely flimsy and lightweight. That part wasn’t even addressed but I’m not surprised. I made it clear that doing a patch job on the stupid, faulty clasp was not acceptable. I’ve sent numerous screenshots of other complaints, as I know I’m not the only one. I am furious about this situation. I’m trying to find the owner’s contact information but I’m imagine that’s wasting my time, too. I’ve basically lost close to $3k.

I purchased diamond earrings in Old European cut. When I was sent the lab reports, IGI listed the diamonds as Round Brilliant cut, and the cut grade was fair. That was not at all what I purchased. Vijay, then told me that Old Euro Cut and Round Brilliant cut are the same thing. I contacted IGI lab who prepared the lab report, and they said that is absolutely not true. Of course Old Euro and Round Brilliant cuts are distinctly different. Vijay refuses to acknowledge this. The videos of the diamonds do not reflect the diamonds in the IGI report. Vijay is very flippant and refuses to refund me. This is bait and switch. He is committing fraud. I have reported him to several agencies.

Do not purchase from Ouros!! Their product quality is well below standard and they do not resolve any product quality issues. Instead, they gaslight and work to actively remove or hide negative reviews. This is why you don't see any negative reviews on Google, which is misleading for consumers. Purchase at your own risk - you will not get your money back if you have any issues!

In August 2024 I received my custom diamond ring and in February 2025 I already had to bring it in for repairs after a diamond fell out, all the prongs needed tightening at that point as well. In May 2025 I purchased a pair of earrings and after waiting a month for them to be made I received the approval email, and was informed it was actually only half of a pair of earrings, nothing in the listing stated it was a singular earring. They refused to refund me and refused to ship it until I bought the second half. Customer service provider was so rude and cruel. A month after receiving those earrings one of them broke and the diamond fell out and the earring got stuck in my ear and I had to go to a piercer to have them break it open. Ouros has pretty diamonds but the quality of the jewelry is poor and the customer service is awful.
