Great experience overall 10/10 recommend
Great experience overall. I had them create a custom setting for a loose diamond I got at auction. They were very communicative and quick to respond and went above and beyond with customer service.

I recently bought a ring from this store, and I am very happy with the product itself. The ring is beautifully made, feels high quality, and looks amazing in person. A special mention goes to the customer support team—they were absolutely fantastic and assisted me every step of the way with great patience and kindness. Unfortunately, I ran into some unexpected delays and minor issues with customs clearance, which made delivery take longer than planned. However, the staff's constant assistance made a big difference. I would definitely recommend them for their outstanding service!
