At the time, I wasn't familiar with the company, but I was immediately drawn to their unique, custom handcrafted jewelry. From start to finish, they made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Communication was excellent, and I really appreciated receiving CAD designs and videos throughout the process so I could see exactly what I was getting. The finished pieces were exactly as expected and turned out beautifully! I've already purchased two pieces from Ouros and definitely plan to be a returning customer. Shipping Time frame was not bad, maybe two weeks or less.

I purchased a lab diamond and Vijay found me a better stone and larger than purchased closer for shipping than the stone I wanted!!! Vijay made the process so easy! From the time inquired about the custom piece I was wanting to having it in my hands was just under 2 months. It is exactly what I was picturing. The ring matches the CAD made for me perfectly. I had 3 different versions mocked up in deciding what I wanted to move forward with. They were super fast about every step and super communicative with where they were on in the process. Including pictures of each step.
