Awful follow up with major errors. I’ve tried chats emails and when I finally got to the request a call no appointments were available. Three hours difference between ring and Apple Watch recording time in bed and total sleep. Watch wins! Ring is still under warranty but company won’t exchange after 30 days

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich kein Stern vergeben. Nach drei Wochen funktioniert mein Produkt bereits nicht mehr voll umfänglich, es werden keine Aktivitäten mehr gemessen. Keine Herzfrequenz und existenzielle Sachen, warum ich den Ring überhaupt angeschafft hab. Nach stundenlang hin und her mit einem menschlichen, virtuellen Assistenten und Inhalte Taktiken wird mir lapidar, gesagt, dass das Problem bekannt ist, aber es nicht bedeutet, dass der Ring vollständig defekt sei und man daran arbeite ohne Angaben einer Frist ohne Angaben eines Zeithorizont. Dafür habe ich nicht vor drei Wochen einen Ring erworben, um jetzt so hingehalten zu werden. Ich schaue, was ich rechtlich hier machen kann, dieses Verhalten ist völlig unakzeptabel und man hat ja schon einige Gewährleistungsfrist auf einen vollständig intaktes Produkt. Da wäre ich glaube ich meine Apple Watch weiterhin besser Gefahren. Absolut in akzeptabel.

I am absolutely disgusted with OURA. They do not take ownership of their product; their customer service is non-existent and their attitude to real concerns is diabolical. I have refused to give a positive review to any friends who have asked about the ring and recommended that they do not buy it.

Things I like: The sleep tracking and readiness score. Things I don’t like: The fact its only a few weeks old and already it has marks on it, despite me being very careful and ordering brushed silver which is supposed to wear better than other colours. I am so careful with my stuff and every time i look at the ring now all i see is a few marks that should not be there. I do not mind the fact i have to pay for the app if service is worth it. Might look elsewhere though for my next health tracker. Happy to be contacted by Oura.

They scammed me , i wanted 100 DA fans service , i ve send 700 usd for it and 2nd day they blocked me , dont even contact them it s a waste of time

This ring won’t change time zones. It is absolutely useless. If you change time in your life, customer service is unable to help in anyway, and they refused to honor warranty or repairs.

Oura Consulting is a lie, they hooked me on the call by promising a lot of things and I thought to myself "this sounds amazing and great value" little did I know I would be utterly disappointed once I gained access to the course. 0 support from the guys running it even tho they said there will be 24/7 assistance on hand, 2 weekly zoom calls lol in 2 months I think there were in total 5 calls, a refund is promised if you don't sign a model within 30 days (they don't give you a refund), the content on the course is outdated and can find much better stuff on YouTube. Harry Davies has a lot to answer for and trust me when I say I have 7 other guys all in the same boat ready to sink him it shall be fun. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY
