The earring is broken. It does not clasp shut. It fell out of my ear as soon as it was put in. I'd like to return it for a refund please.

the silver hoops are really pretty and look just as described! the clasp isn’t as tight as I would prefer, but it hasn’t fallen out or become unhooked so it’s fine. I’m just used to other ones being almost impossible to open, and these are a lot easier to open/close. very happy with my purchase
