Item was poor quality and came damaged (black jewelry with half the paint already flaking off.) I asked for a refund and they offered to send me a replacement. There was no follow up and I don't know if the replacement was ever sent so cannot speak of it's quality. Not very keen on putting jewelry through my face that already has color rubbing off through

Amazing jewelry, I got my girlfriend two 14k gold septum rings and they're so beautiful, they sent a little jewelry box with one of them, you can really tell they put effort into packaging so everything gets to you safely. DEFINITELY will be ordering again.

Package was never delivered. When I reached out to report it, i was given the tracking information again. I reached out again and was told a replacement would be sent. Still don't have the package. Will need to put claim in with Paypal. Worst experience ever! Customer service has reached out and supposedly sent another package. The tracking number provided is not a USPS tracking number as indicated. When I ask for clarification on who it is shipping thru I just get the tracking number again. Thank goodness I paid thru PayPal so I can file complaint and possibly get my money back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY If I could give less than one star I absolutely would.

Hello Abbi We know that is not a good experience but the email invitations for reviews are sent automatically, not on purpose, please give a little understanding, will be appreciated. And your package already arrived at EDMONTON,AB, as you know the Canadian logistic always not very fast. You'll get your package these days. Stay healthy
