OTR Solutions has been an outstanding partner for my business. Both their factoring team and their fuel team are excellent fast, knowledgeable, and responsive whenever I need help. GET OVER TO OTR QUICK.....
We were with Triumph for many years. And every year when our contract was about to expire. OTR would email or call us to switch. I didn't switch because I was so used to the system at Triumph. And then they were trying to charge us back for a broker not paying them. So they said we'd have to reach out to the broker to get payment. The broker did pay and it was resolved quickly. When that happened I said OTR here we come. I've had my authority since 2014. And switching to OTR is honestly one of my BEST decisions I've made in trucking. I call our funding team with Nick Olson my ATEAM. They have NEVER disappointed us. The only regret we have is, WE DIDN'T SWITCH TO OTR SOONER...... Love OTR and we'll NEVER LEAVE.... THANK YOU TO MY ATEAM AND OTR

This company makes complicated operations seamless and flawless. They give a level of understanding and comprehension to an unwavering and ever-changing industry, they simplify obstacles that would other wise be time consuming And unmanageable. With one phone call or 1 email, I can handle multiple issues that may arise or handle business as necessary with limited time.
