Very professional company
Very professional company. I had a problem with my order and I wrote explaining my situation and the problem was resolved very quickly. Great customer service!! I definitely recommend this company. Also my pillow is the best pillow I have ever had

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I had an issue receiving my order and expected difficulties but was extremely impressed how responsive they were and swiftly sorted the issue. Giving 5 stars for customer service only as the order ended up being cancelled

Achtung!!! Betrügerisches Vorgehen!!! Ware bereits vor über einem Monat zurück erhalten und das Geld wird nicht zurückgezahlt!!! Die letzten Kontaktaufnahmen sind erfolglos. Man antwortet gar nicht mehr!!! Ergänzung: Nachdem ich eine negative Bewertung abgegeben habe, wurde ich kontaktiert und das Geld wurde erstattet.

Definitely improves an economy airline seat significantly
I ordered these pillows to survive an overnight 8 hour economy flight. They made a huge difference to being able to get some quality sleep on the flight. For an adult these pillows fit perfectly, they are a bit big for our 12 year old. I would definitely not travel again without them!

Good Customer Service
I ordered a green sleep mask and instead of just cancelling the order, the company reached out to let me know they were out of stock and offered an alternative. I decided to cancel since it was out of stock and they followed through on that cancellation without any hassle.

Excellent service and useful product
I have bought maybe 15+ Ostrich products over the years, and initially as a skeptic. Most are the great Ostrichpillows, eye covers and gel pillow (the hot/coldwater bottle was much less effective), latest 2 OPs in December. The latest delivery went astray but the concerned customer support was excellent in immediate replacement in different colours, but then managed to track down my original preferred coloured pillow order (mislaid) which was even better as they went the last mile. I was impressed with the courteousness, consideration, honesty and friendliness displayed (thanks Aurora and Patricia). Will continue to buy in a crowded marketplace - can't do without this for a high quality, comfortable sleep (doubles up as a mini pillow too).
