While the pillow is great it was sadly too big for me therefore I have to return it. As a frequent flier I was really looking forward to using this. But alas as said it is too big for me.

I do like the pillow, it is really comfortable and supportive to the cervical spine. Also the bag is very useful. Just in case it's hot outside it makes you sweat a lot.

Returning an item is pretty easy, but the whole process can take a while because they won't issue refund until they receive and verify the product. But customer service was responsive and helpful and I will be buying from them again!

Unpleasant chemical smell even after washing thrice. Not happy with my purchase. Edit: quick and helpful response via their support!

Excellent customer service. I purchased the sleep pillow. I found the comfort very good, however a little low for me side sleeping. I reached out to Ostrichpillow for a return and received a full refund even for the extra covers I had purchased. I also have the neck wrap which I recommend. A silent massage effect! Thankyou Ostrichpillow. Grateful.

I am a big user of neck pillows, especially when travelling. I’ve gone through many throughout the years. The Ostrichpillow material is very soft on the skin and hugs the neck well. The pillow also nicely fits into a small bag which keeps it hygienic unlike many other neck pillows that simply wobble around. The pillow does hug you all the way around the neck so if you’re someone that likes to wear large headphones (like me), this might be a bit uncomfortable. Customer service was quick to respond to me (next day) and offered a full refund, no issues.

The wraparound design definitely provides more support than most travel pillows, and the higher sides are also supportive. To fit me best however, I need the Velcro strip to be a little longer as it’s not quite snug enough, but perhaps I have a very skinny neck 😄

The service and delivery were excellent. The mask does the job and blocks out light. The Velcro band is large enough for any head size.
