I got a pair of glasses and it had tiny scratches on the lens, these were supposed to be new, Im not too happy about my experience. Ive been trying to reach out to OSSA and nobody answers! I need a replacement

I have tried to return my sunglasses multiple times and I have received no response to my request. I have tried to call and have sat on hold for prolonged periods of time and never talked with a human.
