Very easy to navigate the site and the information is also very well presented It appears to be a sound product.

On September 7, 2026 I ordered a pair of Bone tone Pros and included a 2 year extended warranty. I quickly received an order confirmation. It said i would receive another email when they had been shipped. I received several emails pushing me to add to my order but nothing saying it was shipped. After a few days I reached out to them via their customer service email. I was told it can take a few days for the carrier to get it scanned into their system and to give it a few more days. I waited until it had been a week and then reached out again. I asked for a refund since it seemed clear to me that the product had been lost. They said that since it had been picked up by the carrier they could not give me a refund but could give me a partial refund. I accepted the partial refund. It's now been two weeks and they still cannot confirm that it's whereabouts, they offered me a 5% refund last night. Is this a scam? They are not doing anything to actually fix the problem, After two weeks I believe that the carrier must have lost the order. Either send a new product or give me a full refund.
