100% Fraud. Stay away. There is no such product as “Osmo Noise Cancelling headphones”. The product they shipped me was the sort of no-name thing you pick up for $15 in line at Marshall’s or TJMaxx. They offered escalating refunds as pressed, eventually saying they would refund my purchase fully if I paid to ship the product back to an no-name P.O. Box. I simply reported the transaction as fraudulent to my credit card, received a full reimbursement by having the charge was reversed. “Osmo-official” has not contacted me since.
